Advisory engagements

An inquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve an engagement. Services, deliverables, timing, fees, payment, cancellation, confidentiality and responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement before work begins. The 30 to 90 day period describes an indicative engagement window, not a deadline for achieving business results.

Outcomes and third parties

We provide strategic guidance, not promises of media coverage, introductions, speaking engagements, investment, clients, revenue, valuations or an IPO. Results depend on your circumstances, participation, market conditions and independent third-party decisions. Examples of experience and visibility are not typical-result promises. Media names and logos do not imply endorsement, partnership or guaranteed placement. Some visual scenes are illustrative recreations and are not evidence of a specific appearance or endorsement.

Professional advice
